Rotary Filler
Colby rotary fillers are available in a number of different sizes, including
10, 12, 14, 16, 20 and 24-head units. Tare and gross checkweighers on all Colby
high-speed rotary fillers (maximum throughput 400 cpm) provide feedback to each
filling head, ensuring maximum accuracy.
Rotary Indexing Filler
Colby’s revolutionary indexing rotary fillers are economical and occupy half
the area of conventional systems. In a single compact machine, cans are
tare weighed, bulk filled, gross weighed, topped-up and check weighed to
provide the highest degree of accuracy available.
Filling Heads
Colby offer a variety of filling heads tailored precisely to our clients’
needs. Depending on your product range, we recommend auger, vacuum or
combination auger/vacuum heads to achieve the essential combination of speed,
accuracy and gentle handling. All Colby filling heads are designed for easy
maintenance and rapid changeover for alternate can sizes.
