All Colby Fillers feature integrated control systems which continuously monitor and adjust the performance of the system.

On multi-head machines, PLC controls adjust each head to compensate for any changes in the bulk density of the powder supply and to eliminate any head-to-head variations. This fully automatic process ensures maximum accuracy at all times. Our user-friendly controls also enable easy product changeover.

By simply calling up each product and can size, the entire system sets itself to achieve optimum performance. Graphical displays provide real-time information on production, efficiency, average weight and a host of other critical issues.

This enables easy, effective operator control. The control system can be linked to other computer systems to transfer management information if desired.
